How to return ?

You have 30 days, from the day you receive your package, to return it to us.

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

Please send an email to info@phystep.com indicating :

• Your order number
• Some explanations about your return request
• Significant pictures of the product

Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

FOR ALL OTHER RETURNS

1/ Pack your items. If you don’t have any packaging, this is not a problem: simply place your items in something non-transparent, sealable and waterproof.

2/ Download and fill out the return form following this link: RETURNS FORM

3/ Select the reason for your return

4/ Choose the carrier of your choice and drop off your parcel with them.

5/ Keep an eye on the follow-up of your returns. You will receive an e-mail once we have received your returned item.

6/ Once received, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
